9th Annual Euro-ISME Conference 2019 VIENNA – Conference Report

The 9th Annual Euro-ISME Conference took part from 22 to 24 May 2018 at the Austrian Defence Academy in Vienna. This year’s theme, ‘Voice and Dissent in the Military’ had provoked widespread interest. Again, more than 120 of the leading thinkers and writers in the field of military ethics, representing nearly all Member states of the European Union, but coming also from Russia, North and South America, Australia and even from China, gathered in the prestigious venue to debate the issue.
