On July 9th and 10th, Dr. Dragan Stanar, member of the Board of Directors, represented EuroISME at the Annual NA-ISME Conference 2022 which was held at the University of Colorado.
EuroISME’s sister organisation, the North-American ISME, since the creation of EuroISME in 2011, holds close contact and participates regularly in our Annual Conferences, as was the case in May this year in our Budapest conference.
The topic of the 2022 ISME conference was “War Machine Ethics” : and more than 20 speakers discussed various ethical implications brought by new developing technologies, artificial intelligence, etc. in 14 panels.
NA-ISME’s President, Lt. General (ret.) Chris Miller, opened the conference while the keynote address was delivered by Major General (ret.) Suzanne M. Vautrinot.
Major General (ret.) Charles Dunlop received the “BGen Wakin Founders’ Award”, presented by NA-ISME’s BoD member Dr. George Lucas.
The next, 2023 ISME Annual Conference will again take place at the University of Colorado in Colorado Springs.
